I had a mammogram at Mercy clive women's imaging today. I sat in 4 different waiting rooms, in the 3rd room I was reasked many of the questions I had just filled out on the tablet including what religion I was and if I was a fall risk. Even though I've had 2 surgeries and many doctor visits at Mercy in the last 2 years she told me they had almost no information on me.
