This organization withholds critical care needs and medications so that I'm unable to die with dignigy and care. Due to that withholding of care, I'm being made to suffer and need to seek a provider who can assist me in a dignified way to brring my life to and end. Now I must suffer greatley with pain. The nursers and care team have no empathy whatsoever with suffering and . Holly B, RN was amazing in every aspect of home care. An easy going personality that overflowed with friendliness, caring, and knowledge that made home recouperation so much easier.
Hospice staff was so supportive and professional. Made the burden easier to bear.
At such a difficult time Mercy Hospice was so easy to work with. This was never a situation i felt i could handle or be part of . I was not prepared for anything and the staff there made such a huge difference with all of us. I found them all very caring, helpful and understanding. The did an excellent job. We worked with them with both of my parents.
