I have always had good care here until I really needed reassurance that everything was going well with my pregnancy. I lost my mucus plug last night, I called very concerned as I am a first time mom and only 34 weeks along. They assured me that the doctor on call would call me. I turned my volume up and was ready for the call. I missed it somehow and when I asked for them to call again, I was told that if you miss the call you don’t get a second chance, they just refer you to the ER. Im writing this review for one simple reason, I called the office to voice my concerns with my plan of treatment, the receptionist told me a manager would call me asap, and no one ever called me. Since this couldn’t be done privately, I am doing it publicly. I came into the office with severe symptoms that I’ve been experiencing due to endometriosis. I’ve been going here since I was 16 years old and the customer service has done nothing but gone down hill. I was having some weird issues with my last Nexplanon replacement and the lady I spoke to on the phone was apathetic, rude, belittling and insensitive. She didn’t even seem like she wanted to help me.
