I called twice on Monday and spoke to two different receptionists, both whom I gave my contact info to. Both told me they would get me the information to fill out so that I could have my records faxed. Neither did any form of follow-through. The same goes for getting referred to a specialist since the doctor there did not have much experience with my diagnosis. If you are looking for healing from Hashimotos…keep looking the Doctors at IDEC do not know how to treat it or manage symptoms for it. Their only protocol is to prescribe thyroid hormone replacements such as levothyroxine. Please look for a Doctor that is willing to run a complete thyroid panel for you that includes your antibodies and ask to have them... read more

Attended an appt with my adult daughter and observed the nurse cough into her hands and not wash them before touching my daughter! Multiple times she was in and out of room and did NOT sanitize her hands. Nurse practitioner also did NOT use hand hygiene entering the room or touching patient then left without cleansing her hands as well. I was mortified! Still waiting g for dexcom supplies because they again dropped the ball!!! Do not recommend this provider!

I have had people interrupt me with an attitude, tell me what I’m explaining or asking about is irrelevant, put their hand in my face, the list goes on. It takes me almost an hour to get through anytime I call. Usually I get no answer. My current endocrinologist tells me to go vegan to cure my issues and also tends to tell me she will do one thing but then completely does another, or tells me she never... read more
