Nurse or nurse’s assistant (unsure which) caught an attitude with me and when I returned the attitude back at her she threatened to make me leave for asking a medical question she didn’t know the answer too and didn’t like me asking for the doctor that could answer said question. Can safely say she won’t be winning any Daisy awards anytime soon.
My review was too long so it won't post here. Brent the "nurse" and Dr. Huffman have some karma coming their way after the way they treated my husband at Sartori ER and the privacy violations.
Emergency room staff was great. Very friendly and professional.
My daughter is a college student at UNI. She had a laceration that needed stitches. She went into the emergency room and was taken care of and out the door within 40 minutes. They took excellent care of her, was very caring and i’m so impressed with how quickly they took care of her
