Despicable billing practices. Patient for more than 20 years. Have been through billing issues many times with Mercy. I present them with my insurance coverage and they don't file it. After their breach and ransom of patient data and systems they did not file my insurance claim ...again. Multiple phone calls and emails with this office and the Mercy patient advocate. I have always gotten great service from all of the front staff. Carol is so warm and friendly to me and my family. There have been many occasions when I needed extra care for my dad who has multiple heath concerns including dementia and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Adela Bajric is a wonderful practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and takes plenty of time with me addressing any and all of my concerns. This place has turned into a trash fire. Their doctors are all leaving (for good reason) the new hires in the front office make multiple mistakes and are then rude about it, scheduling an appointment is made to sound like they are doing you a favor. I've gone to this clinic my whole life, really sucks what the new ownership has done to it in the past few years. : Update Oct 2024 - the phone number that they asked me to call in their pointless reply below goes to machine. Absolute worst medical facility I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Has gone down hill over the past few years. Nursing staff does not care about concerns and doctors will dismiss you without notice or reasons. Pick somewhere else if you want to have your basic medical needs met, would give no star if possible.
