Been waiting over an hour and a half with a 3 yr old that hurt his arm. first patient in and, from what I’ve seen, NO ONE ELSE!!!!!
Kelly smith is a horrible person and doctor. I filed complaints about her to the medical board. I would never tell anyone to see her. She cares nothing about your health. She refuses to give me my epilepsy medicine and is very rude. She made me come in to get more medicine so I did. Then she wanted lab work so I did it. She refuses to give me enough medicine until she gets lab results. I need it to live without seizures. Ive been going here 5yrs with no problem getting my meds until they put me in her care. RecommendedVery quick, friendly, easy parking. I’ve been going here since they opened and I’ve never had any issues.
If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter brought me in because I was sick. The woman at the front desk couldn't even type the paperwork in correctly and was incredibly rude. The nurse started out being rude as well but changed a bit after I had a "chat" with her. The doctor was an overweight, bitter, ugly blond woman with glasses.
