Dr Scarborough and Anna Simpson are so very nice. I do like them a lot. Do not try to call. You won't get anyone to answer. If you do , you are put on hold and it is forever. IF they ever do come back to the phone, do not expect to ever get a request answered. The most horrible place to try to get medication. You can wait 2 to 4 or sometimes 5 days. My brother went there cause he had no insurance. They told him his white blood count was a little high. He was also under weight. Told him to drink Boost and come back. He went back for 2 years and they never referred him due to his white blood count. Now that he has medicare and insurance, he has been going to Oak Street. The first visit she noticed his white blood count, the next week took more for more tests. She ten referred him to a hemotologist/oncologist. We found out he has Stage 4 Lung Cancer. I have been going to MercyMed for almost 10 years now, not long after my husband got out of the military. They are the KINDEST staff, and nurses and doctors I have had the pleasure of being around and meeting. Every doctor has listened to all of my concerns, all of my complaints and will spend the time with me to talk to me about what's going on.
