Dr. Kelly is awesome she doesn't rush you and listens. I haven't been to the doctor in over a year and she didn't judge me and made me feel heard and safe. Milly her doctor assistant is also very good with patience and patients. They helped me out a lot. I never want to go see another doctor ever again except for at Mercy med!
I love my doctor's at mercy med.they never answer the phones.if you are sick you have to wait weeks for a appointment.if you need to see a doctor its .months before you get a appointment.if you can get in touch with them.
It's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone! My daughter needed a refill and it took 3 days to speak to someone.. she told my daughter she needed an appointment.. told her that the appointment was next week! Then she asked my daughter if she could do without the meds until her appointment!! This place needs some serious work!!
Dr Scarborough and Anna Simpson are so very nice. I do like them a lot. Do not try to call. You won't get anyone to answer. If you do , you are put on hold and it is forever. IF they ever do come back to the phone, do not expect to ever get a request answered. The most horrible place to try to get medication. You can wait 2 to 4 or sometimes 5 days.
