Very kind and knowledgeable
They canceled my appointment I had scheduled for nearly a year, and only notified me through MyChart. They claimed they called me, but did not.
I had the worst experience here during the most stressful time in my life. I was accused with disgusting allegations and dehumanized by the doctor and staff. After being in debilitating pain for a year I went somewhere else and got the care I needed.
Ladies please be aware and avoid this place if possible. I went here for my very first mammogram. Sadly I could only schedule a mammogram if an ultrasound was scheduled too, even though I only wanted to have a mammogram done. I did my research before doing this and I knew that a mammogram was covered by insurance but not an ultrasound. The person who I scheduled the appointment with, as well as the mammogram technician, told me that the ultrasound would be needed ONLY after the results of the mammogram have been discussed wi... read more
From the ladies in the lovely reception area to the exray waiting room it was a great experience. Becky did my exray; she is kind ( I was very nervous. ), and she communicates well. She is the 1st technician that has not hurt me during a mammogram. Thank you for that! I highly recommend Mercyhealth Woman's center.
