i am very disappointed that Dr. Garrett McNulty is leaving May 10. HE has made my residents very comfortable with his mannerisms. He takes the time to listen to their needs. It takes a special doctor to be able to do that. HE is going to be hard to replace. I may need to look elsewhere for my own care also.
AT LEAST a 45 minute wait EVERY time just to get triaged.

I went into Mercy north this morning in terrible pain from my back to the point that I can’t even lay down in bed without being in pain and they told me there is nothing they can do... so much for doctors helping there patients...
The receptionists are ALWAYS so rude to me when I go for my Physical Therapy appointments. They ALWAYS fight with me about scheduling new appointments.
