It's is rude and inconsiderate!! This is a continuous problem and reflective of Mercyhealth's lack of concern for its patients!!
Kind customer service and effective care. Receptionist was kind enough to bring me water as I waited. Doctor knew what was wrong within a minute.
Only experienced a phone call with them and they were very rude! Go straight to fort Atkinson for their urgent care instead!
