If you are sick and it’s emergency, don’t waste your time here. They will misdiagnose you and you’ll only have to end up going to your regular doctor. You will waste your time and money. They will not return your money even though they admit that they made a wrong Diagnosis. This has happened to me and at least one other person that I know. I love the staff in Roscoe- been coming here for 8 years now.
I would be ashamed to work for a medical group that stopped excepting patients on Medicaid. Health care should be able to provide for people in all walks of life.because of a selfish money making CEO.. Absolutely ridiculous.
Please be aware they will refuse care to you if you aren’t in network. I didn’t realize that was possible at an urgent care. Drove at 9pm at night with fever and sore throat. Turned away despite offering to cash pay.
The staff is very nice but you will wait forever... I was there 4.5 hours from start to finish.. I will definitely consider other clinics before returning. The wait time here is ridiculous.
