I have had great experiences using the Urgent Care in Roscoe! The staff is very friendly, efficient, and care about your symptoms and treatment. At my last experience, I went in late and local pharmacies had already closed for the day. The staff started me on an antibiotic and steroid right there in the office so I did not have to wait several hours for the pharmacy to open. I was able to receive relief right away. Very grateful for that. I feel very fortunate to have this 24-hour service available to our community!
I came here with a horrible earache, and wanted to see someone right away. They unfortunately didn’t take my insurance, so the appointment up front was 170 (could have been worse). But all the insurance stuff didn’t even matter because everyone was so kind to me. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor. At the end of everything the nurse even gave me a piece of candy. I’m 21 but I still love candy, and I felt very taken care of. These ladies are wonderful. Now I have strong antibiotics! Thank you!
This place sucks. You show up at 3:45am with a crying kid who’s in a lot of pain trying to get some sort of medical help and you get told oh your insurance is out of network we have been told We can’t treat out of network patients. Go to the ER. We have blue cross blue shield of IL. Never have we had this issue.
This place could care less of your needs or how you need help. Don't bother asking for management either. You'll have to call multiple times for Gabby to call you back just to try to make your concern your problem. Absolutely disgusting how they "care" for people.
