Very rude scheduling staff. They canceled an appointment because THEY are doing something wrong with my insurance. Something THEY are doing is causing it to come back as lapsed. Even though the appointment is a month and a half away, so plenty of time to sort out the problem. While I was trying to get into my insurance site to verify the number, the scheduler hung up on me. Nobody should do business with these people.

Unorganized and Super unsanitary. You meet with a doctor and they decide if you need to do a sleep study. Then, you wait at least a week for a call to schedule the sleep study. Then you go in to pick up the equipment 3 weeks later (or more). They give you a "lunch box" like container with instructions and items in it. It contains 3 elastic straps that who knows where they have been. It says to wear over clothing and put under your armpits...but does everyone REALLY follow those directions?
