OBGYN did not understand my current conditions and failed to order even routine tests for proper monitoring or explain results. Instead of answering concerns the management removed my access to communicate with my doctor while still not providing answers regarding my care. Negligent behavior experienced here resulted in my high risk pregnancy becoming more complicated!

Went to see foot doctor
Walked in to mercy health urgent care with breathing problems and was told they dont accept VA Healthcare and that i would be responsible for the entire bill today. Well needless to say i left and had to drive across town to one that does. But for a hospital to not support veterans in time of serious medical conditions is disgracefull and i will NEVER go to Mercy Health for any reason ever again!!!! Lady at the desk laughed as i walked out struggling to breathe.
Been my doc for 28 years.
