They have been extraordinary during the national shortage of ADHD medication. My patients even tell me how terrific the pharmacist is!
They are very friendly and professional! They get you're prescriptions done in a timely fashion! The staff is very nice!
My experience with Mercy Pharmacy have always been positive.However, after my doctor diagnosis type A flu and sent the prescriptions to your pharmacy all was well until I arrived at 1:05 pm on Dec.31, 2019 to find your pharmacy closed. How do you justify closing on a non holiday when people need their medication?
I have been using this pharmacy since January and I find all of the staff that I have dealt with to be highly professional and very courteous each time I have been there. I have never waited more than ten minutes any time I have handed them a script in person. Anytime a script is sent in by my doctor it is always ready to pick up by the time I arrive. It definitely better than going to Walmart! Thank you and keep up the good work.
I've been using this pharmacy for 11 years now and I've NEVER had a bad experience with them. The people who work there are always interested in helping, friendly and concerned that I get the meds I need in a timely fashion. They often go the extra mile to make sure I have a good experience with them. I go at least 2x a month to pick up meds, and I've never seen them be rude to anyone else either.
