if you are looking for doctors that will listen to your concerns and address them, this is NOT the place for you. went in for ear pain and discharge. they gave me drops that made it worse. came back for a follow up to be met with there is nothing wrong. stuck his fingers in my mouth and said i have a jaw problem not an ear problem. meanwhile my ears are swollen and i have discharge. awful dismissive treatment !
ENT - Dr Terry Donat is great with pediatrics! Rockford doesn't have enough ENTs that handle kids ENT problems. We followed Donat here from FHN and I'm glad we did. He is thorough and will make parents feel at ease.
