They are extremely unprofessional and they make false accusations about you to make them look better. If you go to these unprofessional locations I highly recommend recording everything and taking pictures of the stuff the send.
Nurse Jessica on the 3rd floor is so rude, lazy and has absolutely no respect for the patients. Absolutely no consideration for others, this was regarding my Autistic/ Blind daughter. Our primary care doc is amazing, I have had numerous conversations with most of the nurses on the 3rd floor through my chart or in person. 1st time I spoke with Nurse Jessica and I HOPE ITS THE LAST . I went today to get a work physical and had the worst experience of my entire life! The receptionist was very polite and professional no complaints,the nurse who prepped me to see the doctor was amazing above and beyond very professional! Now the doctor very unprofessional!! I will never go there again and would never recommend this place because of this doctor! I went to this clinic on May 29th after a fall; the Dr. ordered an X-ray of my hand and told me the results were normal. After 6 weeks I was still in pain so went to Ortho Illinois and they looked at the X-ray taken on May 29th at Mercy Health and saw a clear fracture. Tried to get more care for my fractured hand and after 2.5 months they finally ordered an MRI which I had yesterday. Crystal, Carissa, and Satara in Occupational Health and in Labs were all extremely kind, respectful, and personable. They made me feel as comfortable as possible and I greatly appreciate them. Dr. Esther was very welcoming and compassionate. Even the person who directed me to where I needed to check in was so helpful and cheerful. Thank you for making a potentially anxious appointment into a pleasant experience!
