I don't understand how people become doctors and claim to care about people. Dr. Shaw needs to practice manners and learn how to look people in the eye. Very cold and not caring at all. I'm sure you have enough money by now, time to show you have a caring heart!!!!!
Went in to see Dr. Shah for a disc bulge pressing on my nerve. He asked if I was in physical therapy even though you don't get seen by him unless you do physical therapy. I figured since he has my chart he would care to look? You get to wait an hour over your appointment time for him to have no compassion, bed side manner. I had an appointment on the 24th of February 2026 at 9:30am i was scheduled for an injection i had a car that was not mine along with a driver i am mentally and physically disabled they have been told that my times need to be on time. I was checked in early i know my time was at 9:30am and would have to wait that was fine. Until called back to a room at 9:40 am told I would have to wait until 10:30 for them to be ready to do my injection. Now this made me upset as every time I have been there I am kept waiting. My experience with Dr Shah and his department was very poor. The injection was the worst pain I've ever experienced. I had a shooting lightening bolt of pain from my butt to my ankle when he put the spinal needle in. Prior to having this injection my pain was only to my knee, now the pain is to my ankle. I left in a wheelchair as I was unable to walk. 2 1/2 months later this experience is still traumatic to me.
