I had an appointment on the 24th of February 2026 at 9:30am i was scheduled for an injection i had a car that was not mine along with a driver i am mentally and physically disabled they have been told that my times need to be on time. I was checked in early i know my time was at 9:30am and would have to wait that was fine. My experience with Dr Shah and his department was very poor. The injection was the worst pain I've ever experienced. I had a shooting lightening bolt of pain from my butt to my ankle when he put the spinal needle in. Prior to having this injection my pain was only to my knee, now the pain is to my ankle. I left in a wheelchair as I was unable to walk. 2 1/2 months later this experience is still traumatic to me.

Dr Shah is one of the most compassionate Dr's. I've ever had. He listens,understands what I'm telling him. He has taken the time after my procedures to explain what was done and asks me if I have quest. I never feel hurried! The nurses are exceptional!
PLEASE READ TO THE END AS MY OPINION HAS CHANGED DUE TO LAST TWO APPOINTMENTS! The staff is very friendly, caring, compassionate, empathetic yet are still very professional. I have always felt I was treated with respect and have always felt listened to. My issues have always been addressed and options for increasing comfort and decreasing pain are always thoroughly explained.
