Leaving MercyHealth especially due to this location. Week 3 and still no medicine. Story doesn't matter. Reason is majority of staff too stressed out to listen, including PT. Several staff members talk too fast, make mistakes, and after three weeks I still don't have medicine. Not a very professional location. Time to switch to UW. MercyHealth is not what it used to be, and I will hope the best for their future.
Dr. Saleh at Mercyhealth Mulford is incredibly kind and compassionate. Going to the doctor is usually terrifying, but she helped ease my anxiety. Her comforting manner and genuine concern made all the difference.
I visited the Internal Medicine department of this clinic. I saw Resident(?) Sayeed and he was extremely thorough and took the time to ask about every detail. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and offered sensible solutions and options to the symptoms I was dealing with. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had in depth. It's clear he cares about doing his job right and making sure that patients receive the care that they need.
