If you're in need of Neurological care, do not see Dr. Stephanie Jackson. I took my mother to her appointment this week to see Dr. Jackson and I was STUNNED at her lack of patient care. She interrupted my mother countless times and continued to talk OVER her. In such a vulnerable time in her life, my Mom left feeling absolutely dismissed. I am in disbelief that a doctor could conduct herself in such a way. Truly heart breaking...

I took my client to a 1230 appointment at Micheal Berry building in oncology about a month and a half ago. We waited in the waiting room until 130 after I had already gone up and asked the receptionist what was going on. She said she’d go back and talk to the nurse. I saw her go back but then she never said anything to me so I went back up to the desk and asked her what was going on and she said she didn’t know. My client was frustrated and has dementia. They seriously left me in the room for almost an hour. I go out the door and they said they forgot about me. Absolutely blown away I’m not late for work

I took my mother to her six month follow up appointment with Dr Orozco. My mother has dementia/ Alzheimer’s and this is known to this doctor. She has seen this doctor four times. He acted liked he didn’t know or realize how much she has declined in the last six months. I am attaching a picture of the notes he left. Daily she is lost, depressed, she doesn’t read at all, he depended on her to tell him what was going on, she can barely explain where she is most days! She didn’t know the date or day of the week!
