I took my mother to her six month follow up appointment with Dr Orozco. My mother has dementia/ Alzheimer’s and this is known to this doctor. She has seen this doctor four times. He acted liked he didn’t know or realize how much she has declined in the last six months. I am attaching a picture of the notes he left. Had an appointment with Dr. Shekhani today treated me like I was stupid and kept reexplaining the same thing despite me saying I know and understand that part repeatedly as I tried to ask a different question. Very rude, blunt, uncaring, and incapable of taking even five seconds to listen. Called to make appointment with neuropsychologist, next available booking is January of 2024. Need help with your mental health hope your ready to suffer for a year and a half. Google should seriously consider 0 star reviews because I felt like 1 star was too much for this place.
Would not recommend the night shift emergency room they killed my grandma failed to help quickly, attitude by a nurse, and improper communication.
