If you're in need of Neurological care, do not see Dr. Stephanie Jackson. I took my mother to her appointment this week to see Dr. Jackson and I was STUNNED at her lack of patient care. She interrupted my mother countless times and continued to talk OVER her. In such a vulnerable time in her life, my Mom left feeling absolutely dismissed. I love Mercy Hospital and the experienced Dr's and RN'S, to the clinicians. Every MercyHealth employee has their own special talents and are very good at their jobs.

I took my client to a 1230 appointment at Micheal Berry building in oncology about a month and a half ago. We waited in the waiting room until 130 after I had already gone up and asked the receptionist what was going on. She said she’d go back and talk to the nurse. I saw her go back but then she never said anything to me so I went back up to the desk and asked her what was going on and she said she didn’t know. My client was frustrated and has dementia.
