The doctors are very nice and they help me with all my health concerns
if you go here make sure you stay far away from a lady named Lisa, as she is the epitome of being miserable. She tries to belittle other people to make herself feel better, because she clearly hates her job and the people she "nurses" in a place where she is supposed to care. I'm sure there are plenty or nurses looking for a job, any why this lady is employed as one is beyond me.
Do not ever call this place an ask if they are in network and trust a single thing they say. (Your insurance will tell you that it is your responsibility to call the insurance provider and verify coverage.) I called to ask if a specific APRN was in network with Cigna and after some back and forth, was told YES. I immediately scheduled an appointment. The receptionist staff are always rude and unhelpful. Dr Tarandy is always an hour late for all of his appointments. We are expected to be on time so should the doctors. This has to be the most unprofessional health care facility I have ever delt with. From now on I will only go to Northwestern Medicine.
