Everyone today was great. Incredibly friendly and explained everything they were looking at in the ultrasound. They gave us a ton of prints to take home.
Everyone was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very kind to me and my husband.
All the ultrasound techs are rude, and press to hard on your stomach to get the images they need of baby. I’ve had 4 ultrasounds done by them and cried during 3/4 They never take pictures to give to you of your baby to take home, I literally had to ask. Their excuse is, the baby isn’t “cooperating.” Won’t do 3D photos because “baby has hand in-front of face.” Even though a 3D photo with a hand in the face would be cute. Everyone from the gentleman at the check-in desk, to the lovely ladies at reception, to the nursing student, to the nurses, to the doctor, were absolutely wonderful to me. Regardless of your opinions on Mercyhealth, Javon Bea, and so forth... the staff themselves are incredibly amazing. They went above and beyond for me. During a scan, I had a pain in my side and they stopped everything they were doing to care for me.
