Extremely unfriendly reception staff. They seemed annoyed and put out when I didn’t know the name of the dietitian I was referred to (it was my first appointment), asked my name three times then kind of implied that they couldn’t help until I gave them a name. Fortunately I had the appointment reminder and when I gave the name, then they checked me in. Extremely bad first impression.
