The only reason this isnt a negative number is there was one nurse in the ER who paid attention to what my wife was saying, we seemed like an imposition to the rest of the staff. Nobody came to help when my wife was throwing up due to the Morphine, I had to hold her in a position she could puke with one arm and hold the bucket with the other. I would like to say thank you to the ER staff tonight. The team at Mercy where so professional, quick thinking and great bedside manner. My son was having a severe allergic reaction and they saved his life. Thank you for doing what you do.
I suffered a life-threatening illness. The clinical director of the hospital was particularly harmful - when I was attempting to receive follow-up care for an infection. I was experiencing pain and distress - and he intercepted the appointment I made, and proceeded to intimidate me over the phone; causing my blood pressure to go up and putting my recovery at risk. My concerns were not addressed - none of them. I was given medication that I am allergic to, for example. I will stop here for brevity's sake.
Best emergency room experience. Daughter had an ear infection they treated her immediately!!
Suppose to be on first come first serve basis in the emergency room!! Ya not good at all!! Better off somewhere else!! The woman who checked us in with black, curly hair and the mole on her cheek! She was straight up disrespectful
