Best emergency room experience. Daughter had an ear infection they treated her immediately!!
Suppose to be on first come first serve basis in the emergency room!! Ya not good at all!! Better off somewhere else!! The woman who checked us in with black, curly hair and the mole on her cheek! She was straight up disrespectful
I needed to get in for a procedure before the end of the year. I normally go to a Mercy in another city, but they had an opening. My first impression was pretty good. I didn't have to wait long, and I showed up 15 minutes early and was in and out 1 minute after my appointment technically started.

RN Kayla in the emergency department was very rude with zero compassion or bedside manner. Not sure if being a nurse and working with people everyday is a good career choice if you cant treat patients with dignity and respect. Very sad.
