Not what I expected from the place. My grandma’s hospice care med package was delayed a whole weekend. The nurse who assessed my grandma on her last day told us “she has two days” as she told nursing staff that she would pass that night. Then the nurse who came during the middle of the night when she passed just acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to her life that she had to actually do her job.
Very nice RN, answered questions and treated Mom with respect. We also had a nice nursing aid to help with bathing.
Hands down the worst hospice service I've ever encountered. I may be biased because I do work for a hospice company in another state, but I keep my standards high for any patient, not just family. The hospice staff do not care to educate families on ANYTHING, which is HORRIBLE. The hospice staff provide inaccurate information conflicting with information that's printed in their own materials.
