The eye department is great. We’ve been going there for 10+ years and we’re happy. The employees are always helpful. They have fixed my glasses more times than I could count, gave me a spare pair of contacts while I waited for my appt when I was out, and have always been kind. I think the negative reviews are towards Mercy as a company, which is fair, rather than the employees that work there.
Helpful staff and very friendly!
I am very disappointed with their sleep center, and Mercy Health Mall because when they say they’re gonna call you back when they have a chance, the lady at the front desk they do not
