We use the MercyHealth Mall for home medical (oxygen). The staff have consistently been very helpful and have offered great options for Mom's oxygen needs. When we had to unexpectedly switch from another supplier, they had us situated and had our needs met within just a couple hours. Highly recommend.
Appointment #1: Hey looks like you're a month early, sorry we're gonna have to reschedule. A month later (when I was TOLD to make the 2nd appointment for) Hey once again you were told wrong information and you now have to reschedule AGAIN. SOOOO once again due to you guys not knowing how to do a job correctly I have to get another day off work and take my children out of school just to do an eye exam that is extremely necessary. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Definitely looking for a new place to go.
They ship you things you don’t order, billing is erratic at best. Sometimes get a bill in a month. Sometimes 3 months. Overcharge for product I can just buy on Amazon cheaper, with better service, and quicker shipping. William could care less about trying to make anyone happy, I’d say to just go somewhere else, but if your reading this, it probably because you’ve already had a horrible experience!!
Everyone there is rude. Even people on the phone. They think they can treat people however they want. They think they're right and we're all idiots. I am changing providers.
