I have been seeing a doctor at Mercy Crystal Lake South for.... As long as I can remember ..I think I was 13 when I started to see Dr. Shen .I am 27 now! I remember when they used paper charts and when they switched to computers in the exam rooms. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and give you accurate wait times . Dr shen has always been very, caring doctor that does everything she can to make sure you are healthy . My son even sees Dr shen .Her bedside manner is amazing, as is the way she treats her staff!
