Came in with a speech and balance problem and body aches and was given 2 diagnoses which didn't make sense (because the diagnoses contradicted each other)! My feeling is that they didn't care that much about my recovery since I was told that I was suffering from a 'stroke.' I would NOT recommend this hospital to anyone!
Went to ER with chest pains and history of heart attack and BP 186/107. Vitals finally taken 35 minutes after arrival. Told to go back to waiting room. 3 1/2 hours later vitals were taken again. 30 minutes later finally saw physician. Was told he wanted to admit me and I asked why am I now serious enough to admit to hospital when I wasn't serious enough to be seen for 4 1/2 hours? EASY , JUST NEVER GO HERE . PERIOD The Emergency Room is worthless. And if you even want a drink of water , you have to go to the bathroom and cup with your hands. Dont you dare ask for a cup . The E.R. is employed as a pile of big butt whos only 8 hours is playing games on their phones . That's now a guess , I have seen it with their own hands . Dr. West was a very caring physician. He took the time to listen to me. He didn’t make me feel rushed like many providers do nowadays to get to another patient. He really showed that he cared about my health. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. Definitely a hidden gem. They don’t make doctors like him much anymore.

The Sub-acute care unit is wonderful. The nursing staff has provided personal care and attention of the finest quality for our family member, and the therapists are doing a great job of preparing him for return to assisted living.
What a scam parking is. They make you sign up with a company that takes your phone number Your address your license plate and your credit card and then they can sell the info. If you pay by credit card they charge you a 20% service charge. So if you go there make sure you take cash and pay at the exit. It's cheaper and there's less risk to your personal information.

Pure joke to the medical practice. Endocrinologist Nassier may be the worst doctor i’ve come across. No client respect, no personal care, and no pride in work. Rolled her eyes at me when I was concerned about her attitude towards my health. When I confronted Her and the “diabetic educator” who is too obese to teach me about eating habits, defend Nassier with no question. Then to top it off half the days the front desk lady’s will be gossiping loudly. What a high rated, respectful medical establishment!
