Can usually get an appointment, fairly quick. Usually see a different resident doctor each time I go. Friendly place.
Was told takes 2 weeks for test to return when other health services it takes a few days. Staff was rude and when I complained the employee/staff covered themselves by saying that "my conduct towards staff was rude and agressive". I recieved a warning letter from Mercy Customer Relations as a result of their employees complaint. In reality, I was not agressive, nor loud but I did express my displeasure including saying "I should have known Mercy health doesn't care, if they did they wouldn't have closed the hospital where th... read more
