The new doctor is less than worthless. She refused to refill my prescription I've been taking for years that expired when Dr White left. There wasn't an opening to see her until APRIL. That's fine, I'll just be left to deal with my severe debilitating OCD on my own until then! I can't believe this quack is Dr White's replacement. Carmen at the desk was very helpful and nice.
No doctors in Eville anymore. Covering out of Brodhead and first available appointment is 3 months from now? Something greatly amiss with Mercy.
Professional and friendly staff and doctors
Mercy is the worst place to deal with. They constantly try saying they are not in network, when in fact they are. When you call to fix it the people are not very helpful and very stand-offish. I have lost count of the number of appointments that they have canceled due to bogus reasons without so much as a phone call. I am completely disappointed by Mercy Health and their actions.
