I unfortunately did not have a great experience at MercyElite. The appointment times are much too short, and often the therapists are running back to back so you only get maybe 30 minutes with the therapist and half of those 30 minutes are spent discussing and taking measurements. There was hardly any actual rehab done. I often times would compete my session and had only done one or two sets of three different exercises. Mercy Elite was the best place for my physical therapy! I felt so comfortable in the building. There is a great vibe of positivity, support, and energy. My therapist, Sean, answered my many questions and his knowledge of just the right exercises gave me quick relief. It was amazing today to do my final assessment and feel pain gee and strong!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Trinity Health Elite. I went in for a session with a minor sniffle due to allergies. Instead of understanding my situation, the therapist accused me of trying to make other people sick. Her approach was not only unprofessional but also very insensitive. I was left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I expect a higher standard of care and compassion from a healthcare provider.
