I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional I feel people deserve to know. My husband and I brought our two kids to see Dr. Kieser for the first and absolutely the last time. From the start, we were treated like numbers, not human beings. She immediately pushed treatments we weren’t comfortable with, and instead of respecting our questions or taking the time to explain, she became defensive and dismissive. Their answer to everything is we don’t have time (when your child is sick) and to go to urgent care. We would never recommend
I can't get anyone to answer the phone!!!!! Tried 5 times On a Friday at 11 am
Great staff, great doctors!
Doctors and staff are very good when and if you get to see one. You call for an appointment and never get to speak to anyone. One always has to leave a message and hopefully whenever they call you can answer the phone otherwise you’re back to square one. What is the point of having a doctor visit here???
