Wait time said 1 minute. We did an E-arrival time on the website, thinking that would speed some thing up….. it did not. There’s no reason for it other than falsifying hope. When we checked in the kind man behind the desk said the wait time is 1 hour and 20 minutes…. When I asked what the point to the E-arrival time was for I was quickly snapped back at by a very rude and snotty lady also behind the counter saying first come first serve that’s how it works. 1/10 would not recommend.
I go here for all of my urgent care visits! I’ve had great staff each time.
Great staff fast service they are always very helpful and friendly. They make me feel better every time I go there except for when I have to get that covid swab, there’s no getting around that though. This is really a nice clean clinic though with great doctors nurses and other staff.
Wait time was only 30 minutes with 4 patients ahead of me. Pa listened to my concerns over my health and proceeded according to my thoughts. Left feeling like I would expect seeing my personal dr.
