Every time I come here the staff take great care of me! At my last visit, Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and kind and helped me get set up with a PCP.
We got right in (on a Tuesday around 6 p.m.), and both the nurse and PA Madonna were wonderful and very knowledgeable.
Great care.
Wait time said 1 minute. We did an E-arrival time on the website, thinking that would speed some thing up….. it did not. There’s no reason for it other than falsifying hope. When we checked in the kind man behind the desk said the wait time is 1 hour and 20 minutes…. When I asked what the point to the E-arrival time was for I was quickly snapped back at by a very rude and snotty lady also behind the counter saying first come first serve that’s how it works. 1/10 would not recommend.
