Carrie Brown Benns receptionist just told me it’s not her problem that they won’t refill my depression medicine and won’t call for an approval even when it’s a desperate situation!!! Mercy care Marion is a horrible place that doesn’t give a crap about their patients! This is the second time that same receptionist has told me it isn’t her problem and nothing was done about her or her attitude the first time! They don’t care if their patients commit suicide cause it “it’s not her job or her problem”!

Love the new 7:00 am opening time for urgent care! Scheduled online for a 7:30 appointment and were done by 7:45. If you have to have a sick kid on a Monday morning, that’s the best experience you can ask for!
Very wonderful caring staff. They check closely on every possibility. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
While helping a relative I learned when you need to make an appointment, you are not always "allowed" to make one unless the doctor's nurse deems you worthy. Disappointing and frustrating a Mercycare is allowed to function in this way. Dealing with them makes me so grateful for the awesome staff at MercyCare Blairsferry where my doc is.

You guys are amazing you guys really know how to take care of your Patients and my son and I have been come to you guys over the past 6 years and you guys are amazing with us two. I was there yesterday for a very sore throat and they swabbed my mouth for strep and in about 5-10 minutes it came back fast and told me that I had strep they are much faster then the hospitals .
