Possibly the worst of the worst, they constantly make excuses & delay help for weeks to months on end, don't bother. They should be shut down!
Awful.. No care and No Responsibility!!! If I could get Negative STAR to this centre wish would do that.. There is no real supervising to control and check about doing right direction the duties and their responsibilities for the clients.. Just Nonsense show off!!! Some of workers in there are totally confused and just are carrying their title as a president!!!
Typical greedy organisation as you would expect. It was a hot Saturday leading up to Christmas, about 35C, MercyCare was closed and the shopping centre car park across the road was full. People needed to park their cars so why not park in one of the many empty bays at MercyCare then cross the road to do your Christmas shopping? Because they clamp your wheel and charge $170 to remove the clamp.
