Poor service never listens and always fills prescription last min.
The level of unprofessionalism just blows my mind. The least you can do is enter the date of my appointment correctly in your system. Nothing more frustrating than taking time off work with a busy work schedule, blocking your calendar, informing your team, and then showing up for your appointment to be told it's not April 26th it's May 3rd, a week later. Meanwhile, I wrote the precise date down on paper and blocked my calendar when we scheduled the appointment over the phone. You all just couldn't simply enter it correctly. ... read more
