Great staff
I've had very positive experiences there both for myself and my father. When tests are ordered, the doctor personally follows up with you with results and recommendations for further care if necessary. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Where else do you get that kind of attention? Reception and nursing staff also notably good. Only downside is (sometimes) the wait for results.
Not sure why there are bad reviews. I was seen in under 20minutes, the receptionist was so helpful and my doctor literally walked in with a smile, listened to me, and was incredibly helpful
Went through the entire check in with my 2 year old, to be told to go to the emergency room. They seemed more concerned with my insurance information than my daughter's symptoms. Wasted 45 minutes and could have endangered my daughter. Save your time and go to northwestern, which is very close. Er staff there are amazing.
