As an URGENT care yall shouldn’t lock the doors 10min to close. Who tf closes at 4 on a Saturday some of us still work and have emergencies we can’t control how close to closing it is. Ridiculous. Close at 4 means CLOSE AT 4 not 4:50
Had one of the worst medical experiences here after I broke my kneecap in August. Went to the urgent care to have it looked at/diagnosed and was not given anything to help me get around. A 'knee sleeve' was recommended to me which I said I had at home but what was really meant was that I needed an 'immobilizing knee brace'. I was then allowed to walk out of the building with no crutches, brace or any kind of assistance with my broken kneecap.
