Rude ass girls working there. Took my husband to be seen since he doesnt have insurance and one of the nurses was very Racist interigating him. Never again will i be going there.
Biggest joke... smells like an ash tray and some ghetto girls working the desk.. wouldn’t see my obviously sick daughter because they couldn’t figure out to verify our insurance coverage and wouldn’t let us just pay out of pocket.. I bet if we were foreigners they would have bent over backwards for that tax money that WE pay into �
My college student walked to Mercy from Cal Stan with insurance and money. She was told they don't take her insurance and wouldn't accept cash. They turned her away. She ended up in the ER. I will be reporting them to the CA department of health and letting the university know to never recommend them to their students.
