I will never be back. Front desk staff took 20 minutes to check me in. And Dr Kemp told me I needed to be on anti anxiety meds, instead of listening to me. She was unkind and made me feel helpless. I was told on the phone I was going to have almost an hour-long appointment where they ask extensive questions. Dr. Kemp saw me for 10 minutes and handed me a pamphlet about anxiety and depression. There's nothing "comfortable" about this place at all.

Went to my first appointment today. The staff were super friendly and Dr Kemp was delightful to discuss with. Very informative session. Definitely going back

I enjoy the doctors at this clinic. My PCP, Erin, is really great and I’ve done PT here and it was a great experience. The negative review is because nobody answers the phone at the front desk. It’s impossible to schedule an appointment. There isn’t an online app so your only choice is to call the front desk and leave a message. You can’t talk to anyone here about insurance either. Extremely disappointing considering how excited I was about a “women’s comfort center”.

It is absolutely impossible to ever schedule an appointment, talk to a nurse, or even get a human on the phone to try and do anything here. It's stressful enough dealing with your health, and then throw this frustration in and it is a nightmare. The front desks says they're doing all they can which I can understand, so that means it's administration not hiring people and helping themselves which should tell you all you need to know about this organization.
