My fiance was ordered a colonoscopy last year, well we are going on a year without being contacted to schedule it, she has called them at least 15 times and all she gets is your on the list. This is so uncalled for and unprofessional, I am so upset as she is also, her stomach has been hurting alot and is wanting this done. I would ask your Dr if there is another place you can go besides Mercy in clive iowa. Mad as Hell here.

I had my colonoscopy today. I was nervous about the IV, but the nurse did an amazing job. Dr. He was amazing and both nurses were so good to me. Thank you so much for a smooth procedure and your caring attitudes! Put me at ease, for sure

My mom and I had a few endoscopy’s completed and it was a smooth procedure. Staff were caring and understanding. So welcoming! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars was that the first endoscopy I had, the nurse completely missed my vein for IV fluids. My arm was huge and it was painful. Aside from that the second time I had the endoscopy procedure, a different nurse was able to insert the IV in one try without pain.
