First off it’s hard to find their location as they have no signage yet. Understand that there are new location so I’m not so upset about that. What I am upset is I drove almost 35 minutes here and I asked the lady do you guys take Blue Cross Blue Shield and she said yes and once I got here, come to find out they don’t take my particular Blue Cross Blue Shield. Pretty upsetting until they get their staff asking their appropriate questions. This is my review.

My sons elbow became dislocated so I rushed him to Mercy due to it being the closest urgent care to our house. We hadn’t been here before but the doctor began treating my son right away. My son is only 2 and was scared but the doctor did very well with him and was able to keep him calm. After treating my son’s nursesmaid elbow he also showed me how to treat it in case it happens again.
