Terrible customer service. Rude people working for the weaverville location
The receptionist today Saturday Oct 3 is rude to clients. She was rude from the beginning after coming in amd asking to be seen from car accident. She was also rude to other clients. I saw her lick her fingers twice to grab papers to hand to us, and it took everything thing I had NOT to be rude back after she misinformed us of payment amounts because she "forgot". NO, I do not recommend and NO I will not come back here.
made an appointment through the website for a sinus infection,but get a text message that due to covid they wont allow anyone in the building that is showing respiratory symptoms at all. I then make a telemedicine appointment for 1215 today, have now been waiting on the computer for over an hour for someone to link in to be seen and nothing, i called the office with no answer. called the number I was recieving text messages from, no answer....sent texts back, no answer....wow, pretty sure they need to drop the "urgent " out ... read more
Had an appointment at noon. Due to COVID restrictions they tell you to call to check in but they NEVER answer the phone. A young lady, an assistant, noticed us and met us at the car to take our temperature and to do paperwork. I asked why they don’t answer the phone and she said she was too busy. Then we finally made it inside 40 minutes later. There were 2 cars in the lot, and a super eeery quiet building.
