Brand new facility, great staff
So glad to have the "Mercy Team" in Waynesville now. We are extremely lucky to have them in this community.
I usually visit CVS minute clinic, but the wait was 3 hours. I remembered driving by the new Mercy Urgent Care, so I stopped in. I only waited 20 minutes or so before they had me in a room. The staff was super friendly and Chris,was PA very understanding and polite. His nurse was very helpful and on my way out, gave me a new t-shirt, hand sanitizer, hot tea, and lip moisturizer!!! I will def be going back when I need quick sick visit!
I took my grandson in for our first time. We sat and waited forever. There was no one else there except one other person. After about an hour and a half we got brought to a room in the back. We sat there for approximately 30 minutes and I called my husband and he was just like leave. I waited a few more minutes and did end up leaving without saying anything, nobody even noticed. The staff and the people that we made contact with where very nice , but they definitely need a little bit more speed.
