This place is a huge mess. Even if there is only two patients in the waiting room you'll sit there atleast 2 1/2 hours. This is the slowest Mercy Urgent Care I've ever visited. You'll end up regretting coming here and wish you'd have gone next door to Barnes because it sure would be quicker.

Terrible facility. Went in for 3 vaccines, to be given over 10 days. Could have gotten it anywhere, but went there after pre-certifying that an urgent care visit had a copay of $35 from insurance for each injection, totalling $105. Was billed $556 by Mercy Urgent Care, who billed insurance for 3 emergency room visits. Was told by mercy customer service that they charge higher prices to patients because "the facility is near a Mercy ER". And that "they have better technology than most Urgent Care, more like an ER." Staff was super nice and helpful. Facility looks newly updated and clean.

Do not go here. Went a few days later to another urgent care for a second opinion to find out that Mercy essentially had no clue what they were doing. For instance, they told me the type of cut I had made the risk of infection very low, so they didn't give me any antibiotics, but as it turns out my type of cut made the risk of infection quite high. They also took my insurance and didn't tell me they no longer covered it until after they worked on me.
