Awful! Sat in room listening to them chit chat for over an hour! Then came in and did nothing. Go anywhere but here!
Worst 9 day hospital experience ever! Not sure if we're spoiled out here in California with our health care or if this is just an extremely bad place to have loved ones at when sick. No sense of urgency and caught the staff in numerous lies when we asked questions. No one ever knew what was going on. Father in law diagnosed with pancreatic cancer......no one seemed to know what anyone was doing for him nor did they ever bother to ask. I had to go to the emergency room while at a federal training in Springfueld. People were waiting 8+ hours in the waiting room. There was blood in the floor in the bathroom. I had an ultersound for possible DVT. I waited 4 1/2 hours for a 20 min ultersound. They asked me to take off my pants and didn't provide any gowns or sheets. People wait so much that they have a policy to walk around and check vitals every two hours. This is a poor functioning hospital. The staff explained they have a nurse shortage. Don't waste your time at this clinic. Also, you'll probably find the zombies who work behind the front desk, to be insulting and condescending. After several unsuccessful and expensive trips to Mercy Urgent Care in O'fallon, Mo, I just ended up going to SSM's ER in Lake St. Louis and found out I have a kidney stone stuck in my left ureter plus a case of hypokalemia. This is absolutely the worst hospital I have ever been to.we took my dad that had just had knee surgery there because we thought he may have a blood clot. They were very unsympathetic to all of us. Didn't act like they cared about anyone. 4 hours later my dad was seen. I will never go again
Absolutely incompetent nurse line, can't even imagine trusting this hospital to care for my family
I went there for what I thought was an infection. I walked out with a script for antibiotics. A week later, I am not 100 percent better so I called thinking I would get a refill. I was told although my rapid test came back positive, the lab results were negative. So in essence, I was misdiagnosed. Because of this, they will do nothing unless I see the doctor again, hence spending another $400 on the worst medical service I have ever experienced.
