i have seen Jason at the walk in clinic twice this month. Both times I had seen my PCP just days prior due to my symptoms that she failed to diagnose, after they progressed I went into the walk in clinic. Jason did an amazing job. I was seen very quickly both times, and it took only minutes for a diagnose and a prescription to be sent over so I could be on my way. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Incredibly disappointed on the care my mother received this past Sunday night. She came in with a femur fracture and they sent her home. However, days later we end up in the ER to learn that she needs a partial hip replacement surgery in Mercy Springfield. The wonderful doctors/team at Mercy in Springfield do not understand why Urgent Care initially sent my mother home instead of admitting her the first time. My expectations were low based on other providers in the area but I thought they did a good job. They were also the only ones to start a process to actually help me by taking an X-ray when 4 other establishments wouldn’t even do that and i was told i have a “wedge” showing on the X-ray of my back. I am now scheduled with a neurosurgeon and pain management thanks to them.

They were very unprofessional both staff and Dr. When I told them about that injury they acted as if they couldn't help because the injury "happened in December" they could only treat recent injury. I said this bruise and swelling is recent. The Dr was rude. Thomas Batson

My urgent care experience was very good. K Lindemeyer was very caring and focused on the symptoms and treatment. The only down side is when your under the weather, your payment shouldn't be the 1st thing for Mercy to focus on at check in. It should be the last. Care should be above money.
