The NP was very thorough in his evaluation and explaining/teaching about medications and our issues. Melissa also assisted in getting me logged into the MyMercy app as I had never been able to previously.
Instead of evaluating my hand and sending me to ER, they charged me and then told me there was nothing they could do and go to the ER
Very nice people. Highly recommend.
