Receptionist are all amazing! So welcoming, the moment you walk in! The doctor, not sure if his title! I'll spare him, not giving his name! That man is so confusing! Talks way to fast! He thought we were gonna walk out without anything to help my son! Yeah right!
First of all you advertised online that the festus mo location had rapid covid testing available. After driving 45 mins there they did not. I was then instructed by staff to call the imperial mo location to see if they had any available. After calling I was sent to voicemail was then told voice messaging was full and hung up on.
