I arrived at urgent care in Branson by 5:15. Waited for someone to show up to desk for 5 min..Noone was in building waiting, only 2 cars in whole parking lot. The man that came out told me they could not see me today. Although they are open until 6 pm. I only needed a shoulder x ray. He told me they had been there 10 hours and had family to go home to. Wow! I asked Brock if urgent care facilities, offer intravenous, feeding for people who are dehydrated. The answer was yes, and so I just presumed that such a large beautiful facility would at least be able to put my wife on IV. After waiting for the facility to open up for an hour, I was informed that this service is not offered. One more very unfortunate experience tied to the Mercy health system.
If I could give a big fat zero I would. Went there with respiratory problems. Said there was nothing they could do for me. Gave me a refund and sent me on my way. Ended up in the hospital with PE and a large blood clot. So yea there is nothing they can do for me... will never go back!
I think it’s extremely rude and unprofessional to talk bad about a persons tattoos right in their face! Extremely unprofessional this needs to be addressed immediately!
Our experience here was fantastic. We were seen quickly and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt we were treated very well and we got our daughter's ear thoroughly checked and treated. One of the best urgent care experiences we've ever had, actually. I would definitely recommend this facility.
