I can not express my appreciation and gratitude enough to the nurse practitioner (Pam) and staff who saw my terminally ill cousin yesterday. The empathy and care you showed him is rarely seen in today's medical field. To this my hat comes off and thanks the lord that there are still people who truly care for their patients. Excellent service on a holiday weekend
The fastest cleanest and for being an unenjoyable reason for having to go to urgent care, they definitely make it comfortable and helpful
The front desk ladies are clearly having a bad day. I went in due to a head unjury. The nurse practioner wanted to send me to do a CT scan. The nurses forgot aboit my. I didn't know about the appointment they set for me until I started getting notifications. When I was sent back by imaging I had to interupt a very loud very private conversation to let them know I was back, you know. Because they forgot about mw the first time and they acted like I was putting them out.
I had a great experience last week at this urgent care. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Britt is the master of pain free blood drawing and Alicia is the kindest Nurse Practitioner I’ve seen. Thank you ladies for everything!
